Before joining INSEAD, where he completed his MBA with distinction and met future business partner Parik Laxminarayan, Alex worked as a project leader (specializing in marketing and sales strategies) at Monitor Group, a top-tier strategy consulting firm. Alex has extensively traveled through Asia and loves sharing his passion for the region.

After receiving his degree in Hotel and Management and Hospitality Administration, Vivek joined the company during the first year of business and has helped build our reputation for excellence by helping to deliver exceptional custom travel experiences to thousands of guests. Since the beginning he has engaged in the management and development of our reservations and operations teams and has overseen the expansion of new destinations and hospitality partners. Today, Vivek applies his distinct interpersonal and management skills to Enchanting's reservations and operations across India, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, and the Maldives.

Sarika started as an Interior Designer in India, then moved to the US and worked in different travel companies for 3.5 yrs, where she was mainly into travel consulting and planning the air-travel. Back in India, she worked for a UK based flight services company, taking care of their operations and sales. She joined Enchanting-Asia in 2006 and is currently managing the English Trip Coordination Team. Never once loosing her calm even in dire circumstances is one of her strengths as a Trip Coordinator.

| Sonia Vizcaíno Manager - Knowledge Management
An integral member of the Enchanting team since 2007, Sonia has been involved in Travel Consulting, Product Knowledge and the launching of new destinations. Her passion for travel, innovative ideas and for sharing knowledge made her a part the of the Knowledge Management team, which was established with the main objective to manage resources, share information and facilitate decision-making. As the manager of this unique team, Sonia enjoys working with creative people who share, improve, capture, and analyze information which ultimately contributes towards the growth of the organization.

Padma earned her Masters Degree in commerce from Goa University with Accounts & Finance as her specialization. Following postgraduation, she worked in finance, but soon found the travel industry was her calling, as it brought her into contact with many colleagues from diverse backgrounds and countries.
